For orders within Singapore.
Exchanges will only be allowed under the following conditions:-
1. Wrong size/colour/design is sent out
In this event of such an incident where the fault is ours,do send us an email to notify us of the mistake as well as the required size/colour/design. once we check our inventory and the desired item is available, we will require you to send the item back to us using standard postage provided by singpost only. All other forms of postage (DHL, FedEx, Express) will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, we will post the correct item out to you the next working day and refund you via paypal/interbank transfer for the shipping cost incurred.
Do note :
1. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date delivery.
2. Should the returned item be damaged or worn/washed, no exchange will be allowed and the original item will be sent back to you only after you have paid for re-shipping charges. Otherwise, the item will be forfeited after 7 days of receipt by us and no refund for the retail price will be made.
3. All items are physically checked individually before packing for postage/shipping.
For International orders
Exchanges wil only be allowed under the following conditions:-
